The Problem

The existing off-street parking system had no automation at exit points. Operators verified vehicles and processed payments by hand, which meant long queues and human error.

What I Built

I extended the application with License Plate Recognition to identify vehicles automatically, and added QRIS Tap support via Qprox hardware to speed up the exit process. The challenge was orchestrating real-time data between the camera feed, a Redis cache, an Express back-end and the Electron front-end without introducing latency that would disrupt traffic flow.
