The Problem
Parking operators across more than twenty sites in Indonesia needed a reliable, easy tool to manage vehicle entry, exit and payment, wherever they were working.
What I Built
I maintained and improved the app, working in React Native for the UI and Redux-Saga for async operations like API calls and data syncing, with Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for usage monitoring and catching bugs before they reached the field. The harder part was keeping it stable across so many deployment sites at once, since any bug would directly affect live parking operations.
